Troon Vineyards Druid’s Fluid White Blend 2023
This aromatic wine is crafted from a blend of white grape varieties, including Grenache Blanc, Marsanne, Vermentino, and Roussanne. Bursting with notes of apple, peach, and melon, it offers a fruit-forward profile complemented by a rich, round texture. Its zippy acidity adds balance, making it a refreshing, all-night sipper.
This white wine, retailing for about $29, belongs on the dinner table, enjoyed with delicious food and great company. My food pairing: salmon brushed with a mustard seed balsamic glaze, with garlicky, smashed potatoes, and roasted green beans. Delicious!
